We have an FHA approved appraiser on staff at Bidwell Appraisal Group.
We're trained and understand the rules and procedures in
FHA's guidance and policy documents.
In placing FHA orders, please request Stephanie Doty as your appraiser.
We also have a Mobile Notary, Loan Signing Agent on staff.
Fees are based on travel distance (round trip) and are reasonable
and do not change with each customer.
We travel to you, your busniess, your residence.
Notary coverage areas are:
Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo and Yuba
